Within the framework of the project, “Support to Constitution Implementation in Tunisia- Phase II ” The German Federal Foreign Office funds DRI’s work to support the creation of the Tunisian Constitutional Court and building professional and sustainable civil society mechanisms for monitoring its work.
In this context, DRI will hold a seminar on exchanging experience and best practices with Italian Constitutional judges and scholars. The seminar will gather various stakeholders working on the Tunisian Constitutional Court including ARP members, Judges and Lawyers, Scholars, Ngo’s and Media representatives.
In the context of this project, the translator will be tasked to:
Translate 40 pages of Legal documents (Constitutional Court Decisions) from Italian to Arabic.
The translator will provide the final documents within the deadline of 3 April 2017. The translation will be validated by DRI before the payment is released.
Scope of the contract:
Maximum fifteen (15) days’ work
The expert will work in coordination and with the support of DRI Tunisia team. The timeline and delivery of outputs will be determined in coordination with Tunisia Country Director.
Missions will be held in Tunis.
– Diploma in Translation
– Minimum 10 years of professional experience
– Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
– Proven experience in translating legal documents from Italian to Arabic.
