Fostering PCM trainings in Lebanon

As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering democratic values and empowering communities, we delivered comprehensive training on Project Cycle Management (PCM) to 15 participants representatives of 5 sub-grantees CSOs from 5 regions. CSOs have leveraged the skills gained to create a ripple effect of positive change.

This accomplishment stands as a testament to the transformative power of knowledge and collaborative efforts in advancing democracy and community development

Of particular inspiration for those taking part was an initiative to train the local community in utilising essential tools such as the problem tree and SWOT analysis. Equipping participants with critical skills has not only enhanced their capacity for critical thinking and strategic planning but also boosted their ability to navigate challenges effectively.

This accomplishment stands as a testament to the transformative power of knowledge and collaborative efforts in advancing democracy and community development. We look forward to witnessing even more remarkable achievements as these empowered individuals continue to drive positive change within their communities. Especially with the project that each partner is providing while focusing on democracy and governance in selected targeted areas which will be translated into advocacy campaigns, and into dialogue sessions between community and local authorities, thus The participants are receiving the technical skills needed before jumping into actions.
