As a concept, voting Megacentres aim at simplifying the voting process, using the viable method of Out-of-Country Voting, introduced during the 2018 and 2022 general elections, which allowed Lebanese expatriates to vote abroad while having their ballots counted in their ancestral villages in Lebanon.
