This timeline retraces what happened when in terms of politics, conflict and the economy, and analyses how the three strands tie into one another. It covers developments from 2019 until mid-2020.
The publication was authored by Alison Pargeter, Amanda B. Kadlec, Hala T. Bugaighis, and Mohamed El Jarh and incorporates consultations of several other experts on Libya. It comes as a follow-up to DRI's previous timeline At a Glance: Libya’s Transformation 2011-2018, also available for download below.
