BP 30 is a joint publication of DRI and four Pakistani organisations (Aurat Foundation, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan, Center for Civic Education, Free and Fair Election Network). It identifies eight priority electoral issues and formulates key recommendations that urgently need attention before the next general elections, which are the first to be held since Pakistan ratified the International Covenant for Civil and Political Rights.
