Discussion Tour Report: EU Observation and Pakistani Priorities

Democracy Reporting International (DRI) organized a series of one-day seminars across Pakistan to discuss the recommendations made by the recent EU Election Observation Mission (EOM) and participants’ reform proposals and priorities. Overall, the seminars revealed that the national and international celebration of the 2013 elections, which saw an elected government completing its term for the first time, was not matched by experiences on the ground.
