The 11th edition of the report concerns the observation of the Constitution implementation at the Tunisian legal framework level covering April 1, 2020 - September 30th, 2020.
In this period, there was modest progress in the Constitution implementation. Two government decrees related to the application of the “Code des Collectivités Locales” (decentralization laws) have been issued while a whole section of the Constitution is still awaiting application
