Our recruiting principles

We appreciate the time and effort each applicant puts into their DRI application. We therefore make an effort to respond to each and every application, so that our applicants receive a confirmation of receipt as well as a confirmation of whether their application was ultimately successful or not. In addition, it is important to us that we provide a timely recruiting experience to all of our applicants.

Our recruiting process

Interested in joining DRI? Find a position that matches your experience, skills, and interest and apply online today!

Please fill in our brief online form and attach all requested documents (including your CV, cover letter, or perhaps writing samples). Do make sure that you complete your application fully, as we can only consider you for a role with a complete application.

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation of submission. Then, our team will review it and get back to you shortly, to let you know whether or not you will be invited to the next step in our recruiting process. This can include virtual interviews via Teams, in-person interviews in our offices, and written tests. Once you have made it through our interview process, we will gather your preferred references, to ensure that you are the right fit for us. Finally, we will make you an offer and look forward to having you join our team!

Gender & diversity

We are proud to be an inclusive employer. We are committed to diversity and treat everybody equally, independent of gender identity, sex, pregnancy, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, age, ability, socio-economic status, political opinion (as long as respectful of democratic principles), or any other status protected by the laws in the locations where we operate. Women and men (in their diversity) are integrated into the organisation’s structures and are equally represented in all positions on all hierarchy levels.

DRI enables its employees to identify and feel comfortable with the organisation irrespective of their gender or diversity attributes. We also empower employees to balance work and family. Internally, all supervisors are required to actively implement countermeasures to potential barriers to female staff and empower them in taking leading positions within the team and in events with stakeholders.

In recruitment processes, DRI commits to a minimum 30%-70% ratio between the genders. This includes taking affirmative action to ensure equity along the process.

DRI ensures equal pay for equal work through monitoring and correcting any gender-based pay gap.

think-cell

When we need to visualise data, we work with think-cell because it integrates with PowerPoint and offers an entirely different data visualisation experience. By automating work, this software increases the efficiency and the quality of your slides - creating charts takes 70% less time. In addition to a clear and straightforward user interface, think-cell uses only the native PowerPoint format. So your charts will always be available, even if you decide to stop using think-cell. DRI uses think-cell for free thanks to the academic/non-profit partners programme. Find out more at https://www.think-cell.com
